Task 2: Get to Know Me: 5 Big Questions of Life
1. Where did I come from?
- I am from an economically challenged community, a small barangay in the town of Santa Fe, Leyte. I was riased by a poor family with a very complicated background. Despite all these, I am proud of where I came from. All the hardships, failures and struggles I've been through molded me to the person I am today.
2. Who am I?
- I am a person who values family so much. Everything that I do and every life decisions that I make is always for the betterment of my family. I am also someone who puts great importance to Education. I believe that education is the gateway in eradicating poverty and fighting ignorance. It helps us make wise decisions and equip us with the power to make a difference in the lives of many.
3. Why am I here?
- I strongly believe I am where I am today because I was destined to do what I do. I am an educator that can make positive and lasting impact to the lives of my students. I am here because I have a purpose to fulfill. I was given the voice to inspire others to conquer any obstacles and challenges that may come their way. For I am a living proof that with great determination, you will succeed.
4. How should I live?
- Just like anyone else, I should live my life according to what I am destined to do. Let's al live our lives by doing what makes us happy and contented. It is also important that we stay true to ourselves, to who we really are. You can never be truly happy if you are not you.
5. Where am I going?
- In this point of my life, I am always looking forward to anything that is ahead of me. I know I still have a lot to learn and experience, but I am ready to conquer everything that may come my way. I am excited to see myself conquering more mountains and achieving countless success in the future. I would be very proud to see myself doing bigger and greater things for my students, school and community as an education leader.
- Years from now, I intend to be an education leader who will make positive, relevant and lasting impact to the school I will lead and more importantly to the lives of its students. This is one of the reasons why I am doing my best right now to equip myself with necessary skills and knowledge which will help me build the person I should and must be; a leader who truly leads by example. As an education leader, I plan to initiate innovations and initiatives intended for the betterment of the school. I will do my best to help reform the educational landscape our schools have today.
